I just want to let you ladies know that pursuant to certain federal laws you are entitled to a full refund. If you are being swindled I suggest filing online Complaint forms with The Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-1), and your State's Attorney General Office which usually have complaint forms online. It couldn't hurt to have the government start a full on investigation of these shady practices if enough of you complain! Just a suggestion.
