After several reviews we have gotten our refunds back. Problem resolved, in my opinion it took longer and extreme measures but it happened.

This company effectively owes us $3,600.00. Terrible service, an drawn out email with them basically ignoring our request for a refund or blatantly lying. I do not recommend, if I could I would provide a negative star review!
