They charge providers $110 per patient even though patients don't show up to the appointment or if the appointment was done by a spammer. Will never use zocdoc again.
I have been using Signs.com since the day I opened up my business. They have made some great prints and other ones terrible. I had to throw away a couple of them; in specific an 80" x 16" Acrylic Sign, which they printed the colors of my logo (which was the only thing printed on the sign) incorrect. They later sent me one free of charge that was completely distorted and had to throw that one away as well. That was a cost of $192.65. Was one of my favorites, but now I will make sure to write this review everywhere. I had to also print the small logo for my door front 3 times for them to get it right, and I paid 2 out of those 3.

Hi Anmar, I'm very sorry for any confusion based on our fee-per-booking policy. Zocdoc is a marketing platform which is why you are charged for the booking when a new patient finds you on Zocdoc. We are not allowed to charge based on whether or not the appointment was successful and patients must verify their telephone number and email address in order to book an appointment to ensure they are legitimate.
