Driver called my mother's home asking which apartment to deliver to. My mother explained in both English and Hungarian that he is in the wrong district of Budapest and that her street has no apartment buildings on it that the man could not communicate in either language, and then my order was marked delivered to the wrong address, I attempted a second order to be delivered for Valentine's Day and the same thing happened. I have repeatedly tried to contact Flora, to resolve my issue and there is no one to speak to. I have placed tickets in their customer service I have contacted them on Facebook on WhatsApp and on Google. They are completely unresponsive. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
