I purchased two pairs of shoes on 12/6/21. I was notified one pair was no longer available. I was offered an exchange or refund and I opted for the refund. I'm still waiting for it to be transferred to my account despite me emailing to remind them. Not the best service.

Never got the package! I Wrote several time on messenger, Facebook, Instagram. No on wrote back.
