After buying the product I received an email telling me that the product was permanently out of stock, and two days later I received another one telling me that the product was on the way. Finally I didn't know which email was the correct. At the end I received my shoes.
DO NOT BUY from this website. Happy to share customer support exchange to proof how bad they are. SHOCKING! As quality of shoes was very poor and size absolutely wrong i return all. They are refusing to refund my money because the weight of the box i returned with 4 pair of shoes, does not match their expected weight. I request that they open the box and check. They advised it is not their return policy! They did not provide complaint procedures, they have no phone number or other means to be contacted... AVOID, avoid avoid, save your money.

I was expecting these shoes with much enthusiasm and I payed the price with a happy heart because they look unique. Well, the quality broke my heart. I'm super disappointed and sad. Will never buy again. A waste of precious money, nothing else.

I ordered some stuff and I got a size variation, after contacting you through email I was told to send back this item on my own expenses and I did so, but once you receive my parcel back you block me on email and till that day I am trying to contact you on 8th of Oct 2021 you received it receipt attached,

I have read a bad comment on their FB page like "it was a fraud" so I messaged their customer service via FB and IG, it was okay the first time they replied then 2nd time, still okay but their update was different from the first response so I said it to them as it's quite odd. The CSR from IG then said "Hi, if you don't want to wait, you can contact us to cancel". You don't ask your customer to cancel rather give them an accurate and timely update.
When the items arrived, they weren't in the box, so shoes are deformed and really of low quality.
Won't recommend this shop at all.
I'm very unhappy because the photos on the website and Instagram don't match the products.
The shoes are of terrible quality. For all these reasons, I will request a refund of the amount paid.
I saw these beautiful sandals online, but once in my hands and on my feet, they looked cheap and plastic.

I purchased two pairs of shoes on 12/6/21. I was notified one pair was no longer available. I was offered an exchange or refund and I opted for the refund. I'm still waiting for it to be transferred to my account despite me emailing to remind them. Not the best service.

I order 3 pairs of shoes, same size. One of them was too big. Maybe a design or manufacturing mistake, not sure what.

I ordered a pair of nude/beige shoes, and received bright white. They did not give me a full refund. Only offered 30% off my next order. There is a big difference in the color shown and described and what I received. I really do not wear white dress shoes. It is disappointing.

Ho comprato due paia di scarpe scegliendo il 39 che è un numero in più rispetto alla mia misura. Sono riuscita ad indossare solo un paio l'altro era troppo piccolo pur essendo un 39. I numeri non corrispondono alla realtà.
DO NOT buy anything from this website! I ordered the shoes and they were never delivered! After several emails back and forth they only had to say that they gave the shoes to the shipping company. Of course they did not give me a refund! Total scam!

Purchased a pair of shoes arrived in a size 35 I am a 39. When I contacted them they told me I ordered size 35 and I could keep them and buy another pair with a discount. What do you do with a pair of shoes that don't fit? I would have to send the shoes back to the USA postage $40 even though they sent the wrong size. The cost of these shoes were $70 and they are worth $10. Quality disgusting. They will not refund me I feel they just send what they have in stock and treat their customers as idiots. Stay away from this company you will lose your money with nothing to show for it. I am putting a complaint into the authorities to notify this company they can't keep ripping customers off,

No recibí el producto. Ya pasaron 3 meses y no he recibido ni siquiera una disculpa de parte de la empresa.
After my order, never heard of them. After a month of silence I decided to check on my order, they couldn't find the number of the order. I received Monday the shoes, but they are much too big.
I wrote immediately to say I want to return them and want a refund, but still no news.

Shoes came and so far they are comfortable. When they arrived the box was crumpled however the shoes were in tact and nice.
