I was in the dollar tree the other day, and was greeted by Gary, one of the cashiers! I had remembered him, because he was consistently kind, informative, smart, and went out of his way to make the customers feel appreciated. And then I saw the manager, Ken interacting with his employees. He treated them with such regard. It was awesome! He also jumps right in and does whatever needs to be done along with all of his team! I heard him speaking to one of his employees, and he was so kind and respectful, which is a rarity. No wonder why this store is the best dollar tree ever! It is because of people like Ken who truly care about their employees and makes sure everything is stocked and clean. I would encourage anybody who wants a great shopping experience, to stop by this dollar tree on Washington Pike in Bridgeville They will be so glad they did!
Tip for consumers:
The reason I ended up at that store to begin with, was because I remember KEN when I used to live in this area years and years ago. It always left a good impression because he ran it then, and he ran it well. Just like he’s doing now! I would strongly recommend to keep he and Gary on board for sure.
