I expected things to take a while to get gathered and shipped, but now it's been over 4 months and it still is in processing and hasn't even shipped yet. I've spent just under $400 for a lolita dress, shoes, bonnet, tights, and wrist cuffs. That's a fair amount of money for them to be completely ignoring my emails and not shipping my things. If my stuff ever arrives I hope the quality is better than the processing, shipping and customer service experience. But either way I wont be buying from them again. I feel I'd be far more forgiving if they would communicate with me better and help me to understand what's happening with my stuff, but the lack of customer service support makes it unforgivable.
