In fact, I’ve never taken a deal to be an ambassador or excepted free gift for a five star review, four star review, or any kind of review!

Luvme hair has affordable wigs that ship fairly quickly. The problem is their advertising and customer service. They consistently lie about plucking and bleaching of their units and their customer service is the absolute worst! If you're putting in the work to make your unit look realistic, might as well buy from a company that responds to issues you may have. I have purchased over 15 Luvme units and around 10 from RECOOL and they appear to be the same. My last purchase from Luvme was a complete scam- the unit's color and style looked nothing like what was advertised and they are still trying to gaslight me into believing that it's the lighting or something else. Pictures are advertisement vs what I got.
9/15/23 - LuvMe has made very minimal attempts of trying to contact me in response to my comments here. They have made no real initiative to resolve my issue of receiving the horribly colored wig that they sent me and refused to escalate my problem to their executive level or their president. I find it quite odd that every package you receive from their company has a letter from their president, that somebody puts into the box, but they can't escalate complaints to that level. I also find it quite odd that they have zero respect for their customers time and energy. We have been going back-and-forth for a month at this point. I was supposed to wear this unit on 8/22/23 and they are still sending me emails from their customer service email account stating they don't understand what the problem is even though they've already admitted what the problem was and gave me two different excuses! I have made it known to them that I will jump on every platform known to man to give an honest review of their products, because EVERY item I have EVER received from their company has BEEN A SCAM as it relates to what they advertised. As stated, when purchasing from a company that has lower prices, you are not expecting a lot when it comes to bleaching and being pre-plucked, but you are expecting at least the color and style to be what you ordered. I've seen the reviews that praised them on their quality and their customer service, and I wish I could be in that group to have received quality items and great customer service but like many of you, I am not!
9/20/23- STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR EXECUTIVES. Did rcv email stating they were refunding my money but that was DAYS AGO AND NO REFUND IS EVEN PENDING.

Tip for consumers:
This site is writing my credibility as a medium, because I won’t submit again a receipt or proof of purchase. I have too many, and I’m not putting my information on a site that is not my own.

The order usually takes 24 hours to process and 4-6 business days to deliver. After we checked your order information, the limited design needs to be customized, which needs more time to ship out. Therefore, we are sorry that it caused longer than usual about the shipping date.
Secondly, we are sorry that the wig's color does not meet your expectations. Luvme takes the matters that are mentioned by the customers seriously. After reviewing the emails, this issue is reported to our factory and we are still waiting for the result of the investigation. At the same time, in order to solve the problem, we have sent a return label and compensation for the delay.
We are sorry that there might be a misunderstanding in the email about the solution. We apologize for this confusion. According to the return policy, we will provide a return label for you to return the wig if you are not satisfied within 30 days. Please check the email we sent. We have attached the link to the label.

Customer svc not helpful. Writer selection is sometimes sparse. The writer selected this time was a complete joke. She did not know how to write at all. And apparently she did not understand proper English. I am now in the process of doing my assignment completely from scratch. And the customer service was zero help. So I don't know what's going on with the actual order because after she failed to understand the revision notes that were very clear, the request is sitting in limbo to my understanding.
