ILove Kickboxing was a life style change. It was a great lifestyle change!
The ILove Kickboxing staff/family (Bruno, Kiara, Derise, Chersten, Curtis, Lanie, Savannah, Kat, DJ) at the Midland, GA office is probably some of the best staff I have ever met. After joining the kickboxing family I decided I needed to make another change and that was my eating habits. My body is toning and the weight is dropping. Could not be happier.
My journey of my lifestyle change began almost a year ago. I decided to make a change for the better and get healthy. This office welcomed me with open arms. I love coming here, I love the camaraderie that is blessed in this studio. I would recommend if you want to begin a lifestyle change, make that change and call the office. You won't regret it. It will take time and dedication, but it will be worth it!
