Ordered a lens 10 days ago. No confirmation, no lens, no answer on the phone, no response to voicemail, no response to emails. Then I took a look at reviews online and realise I should have avoided at all costs. Have now asked for a refund (a technical exercise to which I expect no response) and will initiate charge back to recover my money.
