If I could give less than 1 star I would!

My dog Acksel had been ill and we had taken him to our regular vet a few days prior to contacting PAWP. We have had a paid membership with them for almost 2 years and never asked for help. On Saturday March 2 Acksel's breathing had deteriorated so we contacted PAWP. Their contact person advised us not once, not twice but three times to immediately take him for emergency treatment. Although we love him dearly we probably would not have taken him if they hadn't pushed us because we really didn't have the money. But based on us being told to go 3 times we were under the impression they were going to pay for the visit. Thank God Acksel seemed to improve some on the way to the vet so they denied the claim. We thought he was going to quit breathing! So basically PAWP is calling me a liar and not holding up their end of the membership! I am cancelling my membership because there is no way they are going to pay! Do not get this membership! They will find any way to not pay for your claim but sure will take your money!
