I signed up to verizon online last night from tmobile. This morning I called customer service with a question. After 30 minutes of waiting I decided I will cancel order. I've been calling half the day already, in 2 cases over 1 hour. I'm still on step one. I've called UPS (They answered right away). I will refuse shipments from Verizon. This experience made my outlook of Verizon horrible. Atleast I learned that Tmobile is world better at customer service
