“You pay for something they don't have, then they try and find the ticket!”

This is my 3rd post as I don't want other people to suffer like we did.

Easysports tickets take your money and give you a contract that means they aren't obligated to supply the goods. Let me explain how they operate.

You pay them. They say 'We will supply you with a ticket' but caveat it with 'only if our suppliers are able to provide the tickets'.

What they then do is try and source the tickets from season ticket holders and other providers. That's why for the majority of big football games they are unable to give you a ticket when you pay for it as they DONT HAVE IT!

For the El Classico game they couldnt get our tickets and told us just minutes before the game was due to start.

So, don't buy your tickets from them if you actually want to see the game. Only buy if you actually get a ticket immediately on completion of payment. If not walk away, at least you wont then be disappointed and out of pocket by several hundred euros after our flights, hotel and transport expense for the weekend were all wasted.

I did receive my refund a few days after their defined Terms and conditions. I keep looking to see how other people are being treated and see that there has been a recent incredible improvement in the service offered. I looked at 4 recent posts are all 5 stars from new joiners who have posted once only. After the terrible experience we had from them I would be intrigued if sitejabber can run some analysis against the 5 star postings for this company. For me its very interesting that several people who arent sitejabber members join and post only once about their fantastic experience. The stats now show Easysports have more 5 stars than any other rating.

So, this post is for sitejabber. What analysis is done to confirm these are legitimate posts? I would bet a fair amount that many of these will come from IP addresses in or around Barcelona... Call me cynical.

Follow up update from my posting a few weeks back when they failed to deliver El classico tickets. We still haven't received a refund. A few more days and then it will be a Visa claim. As well as being completely unethical in their business practices they don't even have the decency to make a prompt refund. Avoid them!

I contacted Real Madrid who gave this response.

We are deeply sorry, about the situation you explain, unfortunately, this kind of companies, does not have License for purchasing tickets, and use to scam their clients.
