Finally I made to spent all my voucher. I asked for a full refound in 2020 but you forced me to deal with this system to have a 50% discount in every booking with you. Of course this is a way that you assure client to buy with your such bad company.
Also every time the voucher was not working and I had to waste my time writing to you complaining. I will talk so so bad about your company with everybody.
