Never ever ever ever use lawnmowinonline.com to have you yard mowed. There contractor didn't show up for 4 days and kept providing flimsy excuses. When I contacted the company for a refund I was told to "$#*! off" from there internal support person.
I was told the contractors father died a day after he'd already missed the appointment.
This company is a joke. The contractors refused to cancel and refund. As per the company policy the contractors must cancel and then they issue a refund. He didn't cancel after multiple requests and when I opened a dispute with the company I was told to F**K Off. Wasy to keep it Classy.

Your contractor James refuses to cancel as I have requested several times after he didnt show up for several days. I am beginning to feel unsafe in this situation considering her has my home address.
