I purchased business class tickets for a trip that I had to reschedule due to COVID. Well, it's been weeks of trying to get help rescheduling! My original consultant was avoiding me, which caused me to elevate the matter to the Global Director. However, he too, has not been very responsive despite me doing research and providing numerous itineraries for him to check into. I am beyond frustrated as I have invested a large sum of money. My advice is to save yourself the time and hassle and work with a more reliable organization because if something goes wrong you will feel the pain.
