So sad that I signed up when purchasing flowers for a funeral only to think that if I did I would be receiving my "shipping cost" reimbursed. Should have know when it wasn't discounted immediately and instead was asked to send info in and within 6 weeks I would see voucher or check. I waited 2 months and nothing. Emailed them and they gave me the excuse that they sent it off that week. I then continued to wait another month and emailed yet again and this is the BS they sent me. Don't plan on ever seeing my check.
