I have asked via email and phone call for my account to be cancelled. I was told by the customer service agent that he would cancel my account. 4 months later, I still get bills from them. I just send yet another email telling them to close my account. My next step is to file a complaint with the FCC. I want to give them zero stars but that is not an option on this site.
