I didn't think I would enjoy kickboxing but thought I'd give it a try. I did a 6 week challenge with iLoveKickboxing and it was nice because we had a meal plan to help go along with the weekly workouts. When I felt that the meal plan was not what I was expecting staffed helped and gave me ideas on how I can change things on the meal plan to work for me. The workouts we challenging but fun. The workouts were always different to a certain extent to where they added elements to make it more interesting and engaging. I saw real improvement and lost 11lbs in 6 weeks! I would definitely recommend this friendly gym environment to others! I didn't feel judged at all while working out! It also built my confidence!
