We created a QR code and printed it on hundreds of products. Then our QR code disappeared from the system. When I asked customer service if they could restore it because it is causing us a lot of damage, they said they were aware of the problem and would let me know when it was fixed. That's all. They didn't care at all about our loss due to their software not working.

This is not the first time I haven't found customer service useful and just wasted my time with it, just like with the program, which often doesn't work the way it should.

The management should be replaced very quickly, otherwise the company will go bankrupt...

Very unprofessional and rude company. They took my 102$ at my order then after one month and 2 weeks emailing they just sent me an email that they refunded my money because they do not ship to Spain. I'm asking why is there an option on the website with 24$ shipping fee to Spain if they actually don't know for a month they ship ot not. And they did exactly the same with my friend a few month ago. And they didn't even say a sorry. Nothing.

I hope I will get back money and forget this. You just wasting your time with them.
