I am the ultimate consumer, shopper, lover of quality products, and good customer service. If I loved you, the whole world will know everywhere I can post it. If you are unscrupulous, lie, steal, or insult me or some else - I’ll give you the same treatment. But in a fair and measured way. And I’m always open to a resolution. But if I’m a fan of you, I always will love to promote you. Plus, I’m a disabled housewife - I have the time!
Cats, high end make up, music, amazing food, and science
Last we said goodbye to our baby girl of 18 years, Foxy. Dr. Steve Smith made it so easy. He was very fast to respond, continuously communicative through the planning process and very well priced. Today he showed up right on time, brought a beautiful wicker basket to take her away in. He explained everything he was doing and let us do it the way we wanted, holding her. He gave us time with her, as well. He was fast with removing her body and even let our other cat check out what was going on. 100% wpuld recommend. Definitely considering him for home visits for our little one in the future. Thank you for making the hardest process I can imagine manageable.

I love that he can do everything from the comfort of our kitty’s home for a price comparable to a normal vet visit.

We put our cat to sleep, sadly. We also chose eco friendly aqua cremation and her ashes are being scattered in the ocean next month. But we did schedule them for our other cat’s annual exam, bloodwork, and vaccinations next month.
They billed me without me actually placing an order. And tried to bill me for two weeks at once? I'm on disability and every dollar counts. It really financially messed me up. Customer service could explain what happened and refunded me but left my profile there and it was set to bill again! I'm fuming. I'll NEVER do business with this company.
