This website is absolutely appalling. I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding over a month ago and it has still not arrived! When I emailed them to enquire as to where my package was, they tried to claim that the delay had been caused because of Chinese New Year... a holiday that began 10 days AFTER I placed my order. I have received such appalling customer service since I made the complaint, and after reading other reviews I have very low expectations of this dress. Such a shame as the website looked so good, but this company is TERRIBLE.

If you are looking for a shopping experience that is either easy or in any way pleasant, do not use this website. As for the quality of their stock, I do not have high hopes for the package ever arriving, let alone the dress being of a decent quality.
