Quality work but highly disappointing when there's an issue with their product and they have no comment or direction in fixing the issue. I have reached out numerous times through email and calls. I have heard nothing back. We wanted to support a small business so we went with them and it's unfortunate because I could have went with another company and avoided dealing with this nonsense. Your customers should be top priority and obviously this isn't the case with them. I ordered multiple products from them and can only use one…

Be aware they lack communication when there’s an issue with the products! Extremely unhappy with their service.

The customer had order the wrong size for two of her collars. We replaced them with two small size collars free of charge. Both collars we delivered to the customer on 9/01/2022 and she is now happy and the issue is resolved.
