Ordered a denim jumper early June 2023. Waited to receive it when I emailed them. They stated something about being back ordered and they would send it to me in a two weeks July came around. They still hadn't sent it. I went through PayPal and stated that they had not sent it so on July 5, but a trans stated they would refund me the amount back for the dress. On July 10 they refused to refund it see picture below.
We will see what the next few months bring us. They looked great when they arrived.
