I got a good rate for two weeks with HelloFresh first week was great. The second week I ordered a steak, instead I got fish tacos (oh and without the fish), I called customer service trying to get my steak entree! They said they couldn't send out one meal, fine whatever but I wanted my $20 back for their mistaken meal. Instead they said they could only credit my account for $30. OK great... except I would still have to pay $30 more dollars to get this credit. I was told many times "this is our courtesy to you"... yes thank you for this $30 courtesy (because I cant just get one meal delivered at a time). Which I will have to pay your company $30 for! Ripoff. Dumb. Your mistake not mine why am I paying for your messup?
