I joined ILoveKickboxing in Queensbury about a month ago. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. Skylar, one of the coaches, greeted me right away. The gym is extremely clean and well maintained. All of the coaches are fun and motivating. It feels more like a family than a gym! The workout is incredible. I was so bored with regular gyms and this was just what I needed! I have already lost ten pounds and feel great! I would highly recommend this gym!
