I ordered two pairs of glasses for my uncle who happens to have Alzheimer's. He goes through glasses every few months either to lose or by accidentally breaking them. Eye buy direct is so easy to reorder new ones for him in a blink. They keep his prescription on file and I usually can order and receive his glasses within the week. He's always so excited to see his new frames. Very Happy customer to say the least.

I had to call because once I placed my order, they requested a new prescription for my uncles glasses. So I called and explained the situation and asked if we could just use his previous prescription since it was only just a few months ago that I had ordered and they said no problem at all.
