Bought an ex display iPhone 6s plus a few months ago and was very happy with the timely delivery and the phone itself as there wasn't a mark on it. Unfortunately, a few months after purchase, during a holiday overseas, the camera developed a shake leaving my photos blurry. Contacted OzMobiles to let them know. Sent back the phone to have it checked out and then a new one was to be sent in it's place. Sadly, no ex display models were available so I was given several options, ie to have my phone fixed with a 2 week turnaround, select a replacement from their website with $20 extra allowed or to accept a good condition one with a refund of the extra cost I'd paid for the ex display model. I chose, with trepidation, to take the good condition phone and I'm delighted I did. Again, there is not a mark on the phone, no scratches or bumps or anything apparent. I also know that if I were to find a problem, their warranty system works really well! I have been delighted with the quick responses to emails, great advice and help I received from the staff and again, the speed of delivery of my replacement phone. So pleased I found OzMobiles. Thank you to all who I have dealt with recently.
