They will answer your questions online, why not. But when it comes to an issue, NOTHING!

Issue #1 - The dress, wasn't a dress. It was a very bad poor design over sized shirt that didnt cover my lady parts, sleeves fell down to the middle of my arms and made with bad spandex material. Size Medium.

Issue #2 - The leggings sucked! Poor material, it was like high-waters and high waisted pants, but they came up to my boobs! I'm 5'6" 130lbs... I ordered a small.

Issue #3 - I ordered my things JANUARY 31ST, I didnt receive my leggings until 2/22/17 - They came from China... It says they are from NC, USA?

Issue #4 - I sent both back 2/23/17. It said to send the packages to Lotus Leggings, Attn: Returns 201 Murrow Bld #1533 Greensboro, NC *******. It says on the refund page of https://lotusleggings.com/pages/refund-policy "Lotus Leggings will processes your return within 48 hours upon receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are marked Final Sale."
MY ITEMS WERE NOT FINAL SALE! WERE NOT WORN WASHED OR ANYTHING!

Issue #5 - They have not once yet tried to contact me by email, facebook, or mail.
I have sent countless Messages and still nothing!
