I ordered two chi hair straightners and paid extra for speedy shipping. Almost three weeks later I still had not recieved my product. Not to mention it took about a week for their customer service to answer my phone calls! I also had a lot of other problems with the customer reps. The prices are good but everything else was not! I DO NOT RECOMMED USING THEM!
