This is the website that was noted on my billing but the web site that I ordered from was uggbootcity.com - They charged my card then didn't ship for 9 days - delaying the shipment so as not to arrive in time for Christmas - Returning is a total nightmare - they won't even return phone calls or emails -

I ordered two chi hair straightners and paid extra for speedy shipping. Almost three weeks later I still had not recieved my product. Not to mention it took about a week for their customer service to answer my phone calls! I also had a lot of other problems with the customer reps. The prices are good but everything else was not! I DO NOT RECOMMED USING THEM!
I THINK THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I ORDERED UGG BOOTS FROM WWW. SALEATUGGBOOTS BUT THE PAYMENT WAS DEITED TO THIS SITE. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM YET AND CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM
