I sent ValoreBooks a $150 textbook that I had to buy for a college class. They said they would take the book and send me a check in the mail for $23. Not a lot, but at least it was something. They told me this on September 1st. I waited for my check to come for over 3 weeks when they said it would take up to 2 weeks. I emailed them and they said they rejected my (perfectly fine - not ripped, no writing in it) textbook on September 2nd. I was never told of their rejection policy and never received an email on September 2nd from them saying that they rejected my book. So, I never got my money and I will never send them a textbook ever again.
