I ordered a second dress to wear for my wedding and ordered it in the size 8 based off my measurements and the measurements off the site for the size 8. I received my dress tried it on and was not satisfied with the dress or how it looked. I sent an email to customer service asking for a refund and to return the dress. I got a response back from a different person every time and the final email telling me "it was a pity you ordered the wrong size." Excuse me!? A pity? If someone is not satisfied with a product or item they receive regardless if it fits or not the matter should be taken care of not telling me how much of a pity it is. Terrible customer service and support. Thank God I didn't buy this dress for the original price instead I'm only out $164. Lol what a joke.
