I ordered one singular pair of shoes more than a year ago, and ever since then they've been charging my card month after month (I did not know until I looked just a little bit ago.) and it's been hundreds of dollars and I did not order these things. Last June, I called to dispuit the payment and they refunded me what they owed at that point and after that they did it again and have been doing it for six months. Don't know if this is an employee at Just fab thinking they can just get away with using my card when I haven't ordered anything except a $39.95 pair of shoes and have proof of this because I'm logged into my account on my iPhone and have been ever since I ordered the 1 pair! They've been charging me for shoes I did not order, and certainly did not receive. Noticed somebody else said this happened to them too! Avoid ordering from just fab!
