So I got the Sephora Play monthly bag subscription for my daughter around Christmas. All was ok but when I went to cancel the subscription, it is no where on the account settings. You can tell it was omitted because upon (having to waste more time searching for help online) There is a step by step instruction with image of the part in Subscription options, and it isn't same info when in the account. Others seem to be having same problems and my daughter logged in from her pc to try herself. Sephora, you don't clutch customers like this in an effort to not loss business during Coronavirus. Bad move and very shady. So much of a customers time is lost trying to get resolve that I will never even use your store now based on this tactic. Neither will my daughter and I am making sure to post on social media with screenshots. We all are connected to beauty business so your greed only backfired.
Don't give us the BS either that there are issues because other complaints have been posting
