I tried to pay for my order with a Visa gift card. Short story, they claim to but don't accept Visa gift cards and likely won't in the future.
Long story, I contacted about the issue, was given the run around, and asked to screenshot my process ordering. The tone was astonishingly blaming - did you enter your information correctly? Other customers have paid with gift cards. You shouldn't have a problem. I attempted the order six to eight times before I was asked to screenshot and surrendered. I ordered with PayPal for the sense of closure.
Their customer support is genuinely not supportive. They made no effort to apologize for my difficulties, let alone right an issue with their ordering system or alert future customers that that form of payment is not supported. It surprised me that there was nothing but insistence that I was the problem, refusal to investigate/apologize, and long wait times for response. My issue was a simple fix that was not resolved.
I do not recommend.
