I'm thoroughly baffled by the awful customer service experiences people are reporting. I've been a loyal eBags customer for 3 years and I almost exclusively buy their in-house brand. The best purse I've ever owned is from them, and all of their eBags brand items carry a LIFETIME warranty. My purse developed a bad lining rip on the inside and I wanted to repair or replace it. When I originally called customer service, the rep told me bags had a two-year warranty, and I corrected him and said no, all eBags products are lifetime warranty. He said he would check with a manager and call me back. I never got a call back, which bummed me out. But I recently emailed customer service to follow up, and in less than an hour after my email, the warranty department had a replacement ready to send. I didn't have to ship the ripped bag, send pictures, nada. I have the Piazza Day Bag (purse from heaven), Motherlode overnighter backpack, a laptop bag, and packing cubes. I'll never get handbags or luggage anywhere else. Ever.
