Have been unsubscribing from a bunch of companies I don't read emails from, and saw that I was still subscribed to this A Beautiful Life Brands for some reason - anyhow, I then remembered my unpleasant experience with the company. I ordered 3 products back in 2020. I could smell product through the closed package, so I recorded the opening of the parcel to show I had not tampered with the products. The disinfectant I ordered had leaked and about 1/3 - 1/4 of the product was gone. And, with the hair serum I purchased, the rubber dropper was broken and product had been leaking out of it. I emailed the company with video and photo proof, and I received zero replies. Based on the other review I just read here, sounds like their customer service is terrible and they have no intention of assisting. Absolutely unethical.
