Terrible treatment lost our reservation we were stranded after driving six hours. Booking.com has the nerve to ask me and my family to find an alternative because they couldn't find us a place to stay. We had to drive back home for another six hours that is a total of twelve hours of driving put me and my family at risk, shattered our weekend, and round our trip. And the only thing that they could offer is a measly refund. That's not accounting for our time wasted on the road the gas we spent and our dashed enjoyment. They wouldn't even offer a free room for a next time. I know sometimes things don't go according to planned. But an apology and a fair resolution can make all the difference. I will post this review on the internet this was a terrible experience for my family and I.
