Order #*******
I ordered 2 x turmeric powder for my mom who's sick and I saw there's free shipping for orders over $59. So I added more items before checking out.
Then A FEW HOURS LATER they email me that it's been shipped WITHOUT the turmeric because it's out of stock. So I email them that the turmeric is still up for purchase on the website and they reply that it's NOW back in stock and I can re-order it, but now I have to pay more for postage. And it's just been a few hours since I'd first placed my order.
Their replies don't make any sense and each email is sent from a different attendant.
