I purchased a dresser and chest and both items were IN STOCK. I chatted with the customer rep and they told me it will ship by two weeks from NC. I live in JAX which is not far from NC.
After the two weeks passed, I sent an email to their customer service. The response I got was your items are ready to be picked up, and I will contact the manufacturer to expedite it. The next day I got a phone call, telling me that the manufacturer doesnt have any estimated day of when your order will be picked up! And after it does eventually get picked up (I was told it wont be soon), it will take 4-6 weeks! Even though I live 10 hours away from where their warehouse.
The customer service rep did have one good news for me; "I spoke to the manufacturer and they allow you to cancel the order for full refund". How generous of them! My shopping experience with them was summed up in receiving a call 3 weeks after my order encouraging me to cancel it! If this is where you wanna shop, good luck!
