Got hung up on multiple times during the phone calls. All I'm trying to do is get my fridge fixed. This company is the worst company I ever had to deal with customer service wise. I haven't had a working fridge in months! Is this company gonna give me my money back for the groceries I bought and a new temporary fridge to hold my food until I actually get mine fixed?! This is absolutely so unprofessional I will not ever be buying this brand again and I will recommend anybody to not buy it as well. Get $#*! on
Tip for consumers:
Needs a brand new customer service line with people who actually care about their job. Like a bunch of squidwards that are completely miserable. Gotten hung up on multiple times. Put me on hold without saying a thing then disconnected multiple times. Absolutely cannot stress how terrible this company is
