I wouldn't use this company. It's damaging my business horribly and they are refusing to let me out of my contract. DONT SIGN!
They're sending out multiple text messages with conflicting times and my customers are coming in at the wrong time. They refuse to acknowledge that this is damaging my business. My customers are furious and leaving my business angry because they get a text message from demand force at one time then come in and their appointment was 2 hours before. So they missed their appointment. Demand force said that they couldn't do anything about this, now they're refusing to let me out of my contract. So DONT SIGN With them. I have had 6months of lost revenue. They're not listening to me and refusing to see that it's really affecting my business really BAD. I have to shut it down. It's terrible.
