I placed 2 orders with them for an 8 hour turn around time, after almost 24 hours and an array or excuses they finally delivered one of the orders. However the order they then finally delivered was only a couple sentences with words that didn't formulate any logical english sentence. No paragraphs and certainly not 3,250-500 words per page as ordered.

The second order was never completed. Whenever asked about all the delays throughout they told me I need to be patient, ask for an extension, I need to see their side and they are "working on it". THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, STEALS AND LIES. I then requested a full refund as I still had not even received the second order altogether as well are the order I did receive not actually containing any completed work. When this was requested, and pushed (as their website states a money back guarantee) they told me a refund is not a possibility. I needed to give them more time for the order that still wasn't done 24 hours past the deadline and would have to request revisions for the first order they had already sent. Revisions to what? There was no actual work provided that could be revised upon. They continued to insist they would not refund me under any circumstance despite still not completing an entire order. To add more insult, they offered me a discount towards a future order after I kept pushing for the refund for services they were unable to actually perform.

This company steals money! They intend to charge you for a service they will never end up completing and with no intention of guaranteeing their ability to complete the work or what the work will look like - despite what their website says. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Learn from me. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY HAVE TO ALL BE FAKE.

Simply put, RUN!
