CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
I purchased a bolero on Dec 5 and got a confirmation email telling me that I will soon get a shipment tracking number soon. Problem is I did not get it and then a customer service lady told me they shipped it on the cheap so no tracking number will be provided. This is shocking for I did not ask for shipping on the cheap and they promised a trackable delivery on its website in the first place. How irresponsible!
Today is Dec 20, I still have not received the parcel and the customer service was not responding with relevant shipping info over email nor picking up the phone to talk to me directly. I paid for my goods but it is in nowhere to be seen and they just kept saying in emails that they have shipped it but not checking with the courier about what is going on. How would I know if they are lying or what?
I surely will report to Paypal and credit card company to place this "shop" on black list.
