“Accepted my payment and no product received, no answers”

I ordered something from their website on 25th of February, paid successfully with my credit card. However, in their website my order appears as "payment error", and they don't respond any more. I have been trying to contact them ever since I made the purchase, and no answer.
Before I purchased we were having a conversation via email. After my payment they never answered any more.
This is a scam, there is no other name for it.
