They told me it was easy to switch phones since the one they send you is so crappy. I ordered the phone. Called Qlink they told me they need to send me a SIM card for the new phone. One day later I found out that my old crappy phone number is turned off. I call them, it took hours to get a person on he phone. Yes I would have to go 2 full weeks without a phone! Run from this company!
