To whom it may concern. I am so utterly tired of dealing with this company. Maybe because I keep threatening to write the review and haven't actually done it is probably why yall keep messing with me. So please expect a review as soon as I finish the reiview.
My name is Alexis Williams, owner and operator of Rated X lingerie LLC. I have been having problem after problem after problem with you all.
Firstly I order a product from you back in Nov 30. Here it is Dec 31st and I still don't have it. I made a mistake with one letter and had to cancel the whole order and then redo. Because yall the printing company don't have the capapbility to chanfe one freaking letter.
Secondly yall send the package to the Billing address and tell me theres no way to re route the package. The $#*! Is yall customer service department for.
Then yall tell me the package arrived on Dec 13 AND NOTHING
Yall give me my money back and cancel the charges AND HERE IT IS DEC 31ST AND YALL STILL DIGGING INTO MY ACCOUNT. THERES A CHARGE FOR 9.995, AND THERE IS ANOTHER CHARGE FOR 25.00. I WANT ALL OF MY FCUKING MONEY PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP AND STOP CHARGING MY ACCOUNT! WHO THE $#*! IS IN CHARGE CUS AT THIS POINT THIS IS HARRASMENT. STOP CHARGING MY $#*!ING ACCOUNT AND PUT ALL 34.51 BACK AT ONCE!
PLEASE LET ME KNOQW ONCE THIS IS COMPLETED AND I WILL BEW CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUEREA ABOUT THIS ONE.
I really am done dealing with yall and im sick of it. Let me go I don't want to be a customer to this broke $#*! company. And expect this review on the website asap.
Moral of the story use Office max, or staples. Anything is better than dealing with this.
