Have purchased some very nice designer items at great prices, however, upon occasion when I purchase designers labels that in know very well I find sometimes the clothing shrinks when washed or runs small or larger than sized. I know these designers would never sell such poor quality so I suspect when this happens the items are rip offs but we're not examined well. For example, a Ralph Lauren top that not only shrunk but also looked aged and faded first time washed. Or a Kenneth Cole size 6 coat that fit like a size 10. I do wish there was someone who checked for the legitimacy of items like they do on the real real because you don't get refunds when this happens just store credit. I does make me quite resistant to purchasing more expensive items such as a $500 leather handbag or $650 coat as you won't get the money back. Bottom line is buy only items you are not spending too much money on and are willing to essentially discard.

I was excited to see the really attractive selection of items with prices that appeared quite reasonable. However, after my selections were put into my cart and when I went to checkout the shipping fees were $45.42 for 5 items three of which were merely jewelry! That shipping was almost 40% or my total bill! I then searched the same items on other sites and prices were almost the identical but the shipping fees were less than 10% of the total bill. What gives? Seems like you lose what you thought you gained by buying through this site. :(
